And We’re Back-To-School!

At this point we are about a month into the back-to-school season. Unfortunately, this can be the time one or all of us in the house gets sick. A busier schedule and a longer to-do list can absolutely add more stress to our lives and lower our immune defenses. Oh, and we are now bacterially connected to every student at school. Let the fun begin!

As our team at Mad House Farms has discovered the health benefits of Microgreens, we have made a decision to include them as a staple addition to all meals in our home. We have mentioned the nutritional density of Microgreens before. They are packed with vitamins & minerals, naturally occurring antioxidants and are completely anti-inflammatory. Here are a few ways you can simply incorporate Microgreens in your diet to keep you and your family healthy this season:
