Nachos with Kohlrabi Microgreens

Serves 4

Nacho Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 tomato (diced)
• 2 handfuls of MHF Kohlrabi Microgreens
• 1 bag tortilla chips
• 1 bag of shredded cheese (32oz.)
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 small can pickled jalapenos
• 1 can black beans (14oz.)

Nacho Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning per label on pouch.
• Warm up the can of black beans
• Dice all of your vegetables including the MHF Kohlrabi Microgreens
• Lay out chips on a baking sheet
• Sprinkle cheese on the chips
• Spread some of the taco seasoned beef
• Spread some of the black beans
• Spread some of the pickled jalapenos
• Put another layer of chips over the first and repeat the toppings above.
• Put the nachos in the oven for roughly 5 minutes or so to melt the cheese, checking on them to ensure they do not burn.
• Once out of the oven sprinkle the diced tomatoes and the diced MHF Kohlrabi Microgreens over the top.
• Add sour cream, guacamole and salsa for dipping.
• You are ready to eat!!
