All orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable due to the materials allocated
towards cultivation once an order is placed.

If you received an incorrect product, please email a picture of the product you received and the order # to info@mad-house-farms.com within 24 hours of your delivery. A Micro Manager will contact you to discuss a resolution.

If you are not satisfied with the freshness of your product, please email a picture of the issue with the product, product label and the order # to info@mad-house-farms.com within 24 hours of your delivery. A Micro Manager will contact you to discuss a resolution.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS: Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time, however any ‘crops in process’ grown for your subscription will still be delivered and charged one last time. Subscription orders will renew automatically unless cancelled.
