Turkey BLTA Croissant with Radish Microgreens

Ingredients (one person):

  • MHF Radish Microgreens
  • One large croissant
  • Lettuce of choice
  • One small avocado, sliced
  • One small tomato, sliced
  • Three slices of cooked bacon
  • Turkey lunch meat, sliced
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Slice the croissant in half
  • Spread the mayonnaise on both halves
  • Add chopped Radish Microgreens on top of the mayonnaise
  • Add three slices of cooked bacon
  • Top with sliced turkey, tomato, avocado and lettuce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
