Too many times to mention, our family has shopped for produce at the local grocery store just to experience a bland taste and the food starts rotting within a day of putting it in the fridge! This continual frustration eventually lead to the question “where is this produce even coming from?”. This is where our brainstorming began, and Mad House Farms was created.
Our family run farm was established at the beginning of 2024 with the sole purpose of delivering fresh, local nutrient-rich Superfoods to the families, restaurants, charities and community around us. In our journey to finding the healthiest vegetables to offer, we learned that Microgreens are up to 40X more nutritious than any full-grown vegetable. Amazing! This finalized our decision on what fresh produce we would offer.
Mad House Farms cultivates a wide variety of Microgreens in a vertical hydroponic system and harvests fresh crops every week for delivery. These crops offer life changing health benefits to each of us, and they do it in one simple Micro-Serving per meal!
Delivering fresh Microgreens to our customers is a key part of our business model. When we supply Microgreens to customers within a day of harvest, now everyone has the option for fresh, local, delicious produce.
