Antioxidants Molecules found in Microgreens that help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that are created when cells process oxygen. Microgreens protect our bodies from damage and deterioration.
Sulforaphane A compound found in Microgreens that neutralizes toxins and calms inflammation in your body. Inflammation has been linked to several kinds of cancer. Additional health benefits are hair, skin, anxiety, cancer, stomach ulcers, liver, heart disease, inflammation, diabetes, anti-aging properties, and protection if you are a smoker.
